About us
A family business that takes pride in the work
Cole Construction is a family business, led by our dad and built on the idea that the work should carry our family name. We’re based in Southern Utah, we build in the communities around St. George and Santa Clara, and we are licensed for all residential and commercial work.
Most of what we do is custom residential homes, where we have built primarily for Splitrock Custom Homes. Working on custom homes from the first frame on has shaped how we do everything: plan carefully, build it solid, and make it right.
When you hire us, you’re not dealing with a faceless company. You’re working with a local family that stands behind what it builds, whether it’s a custom home, a framing package, or a commercial project.

Every project is different, but we try to keep it simple: talk it through, build it right, and show you the result.

We start by going through the plans together, so questions get answered and the details are clear before anyone picks up a hammer.

Our crew frames the walls, floors and roof, building square, plumb and solid so the trades that follow have a good start.

We build with inspections in mind and work with the inspection process, so the structure is ready to move forward.
